Product Care

Please note that we use high-quality animal-free leather for our bags (not vegan & not genuine leather). While this means they are more affordable, it also means that over time, they may show some minor signs of wear and tear, such as cracking. We want to be transparent with our customers about the expected lifespan of our animal-free leather material.
We take pride in the fact that our bags are made with love and care, which means that most of the edge painting is handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of each bag, please expect some slight imperfections that may not have a flawless appearance, such as tiny scratches or markings, which only add to the unique character of each bag. By embracing these natural variations, you can appreciate the individuality and authenticity of your handcrafted bag.
Certainly!  Here are some tips on how to take care of your bag to ensure its longevity:

1. Keep it clean:
Gently wipe the surface of the bag with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust.
For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they can damage the material.

2. Store it properly.
When not in use, store your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can cause the material to fade or crack.
Use a dust bag or pillowcase to cover the bag, protecting it from dust and scratches.
Stuff the bag with tissue paper or bubble wrap to help maintain its shape.

3. Avoid overloading:
Overloading your bag can cause it to stretch or lose its shape. Be mindful of the bag's weight capacity and avoid carrying too many heavy items.

4. Protect from moisture:
If your bag gets wet, gently wipe off the excess water with a soft cloth and let it air dry. Do not use a hairdryer or heater, as this can damage the material.

5. Handle with care:
Be gentle when using zippers, clasps, and other hardware to avoid damaging the bag.

By following these tips, you can help ensure that your bag remains in good condition for a long time.
