All orders are dispatched and shipped out after a purchase is complete.
*For PRE-ORDER purchases, the goods will be shipped from the mentioned date stated in the description section of the product page.
We are off on weekends and public holiday, so all order received from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the next following Monday.
We ship orders within 1-2 days of the day the order is placed. Please note that shipping time might take longer during festive seasons, early release of collection or if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance.
We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it. Please email email@example.com with any additional questions regarding shipping and delivery.
TRACK YOUR PARCEL
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive a notification stating the courier with tracking number for you to monitor your shipment’s progress. Do allow up to one business day for your tracking status to be updated.
